Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer, working across all Culina Group business units supporting the procurement of IT products and services, and the management plus administration of contracts.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We’re offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a market leader.

Duties include:

• Ownership of administering the upload of contract dates and key details onto the Service Now platform to support the procurement strategy and fully utilise its investment in the platform.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they meet legal standards and company policies.
• Monitoring contract performance, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables for compliance and performance.
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of all contracts and related documentation on the Service Now platform.
• Supporting negotiations with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms.
• Ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and identifying potential risks.
• Collaborating with legal, procurement, and finance departments to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Addressing issues or disputes during the contract lifecycle.
• Assisting with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, managing invoices, and handling logistics and supply issues.
• Monitoring spend against budgets, facilitating reviews, and providing updates and MI reports.
• Working with partners and suppliers to purchase, track, and renew licenses and support maintenance contracts.
• Ensuring adherence to supplier management governance, including legal, regulatory, security, data protection, and commercial policies.
