We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Buyer to join our growing Supply Chain team in Fareham. This is an entry-level procurement role designed for someone looking to develop start your career in supply chain and purchasing. You’ll learn how the buying process works from experienced colleagues, gain hands‑on experience, and develop the skills you need to build a successful career in procurement. You'll gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of tactical buying while working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your professional development.
As a Junior Buyer, you’ll help make sure we have the materials, components and services we need, when we need them and in line with cost targets. The role plays a key part in ensuring materials, components and services are sourced and delivered in line with project requirements, lead times and cost targets. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance and Programme teams while building strong relationships with suppliers to support the successful delivery of our products.
You'll be supported throughout your development and will have the opportunity to build your knowledge, confidence and experience as you progress in the role.
