SYOS Aerospace in Fareham is seeking a Junior Buyer to join our growing Supply Chain team. This entry-level procurement role develops hands-on experience across tactical buying while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance and Programme teams to source materials and services.
You'll raise and track purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, monitor lead times and costs, and support BOM creation and changes.

You'll gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of tactical buying while working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your professional development. The role plays a key part in ensuring materials, components and services are sourced and delivered in line with project requirements, lead times and cost targets. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance and Programme teams while building strong relationships with suppliers to support the successful delivery of our products.
