SYOS Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team and help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our global business. This is more than a recruitment role. As a partner to the business, you will work closely with hiring managers and very much work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to understand workforce needs, identify talent opportunities, and deliver innovative recruitment solutions that support our long-term growth.
Working alongside our established Talent Acquisition team in New Zealand, you will be part of a collaborative international function focused on building talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This role suits hybrid working balanced with on-site support for hiring managers.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expertise and market insight to support effective hiring decisions.
An experienced recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and influencing outcomes.
