Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Junior Buyer to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for purchasing goods and services to meet business and client expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Junior Buyer to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support to the Purchasing Team Lead & Team Members
2. Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis and cost evaluation
3. Negotiate pricing and lead-times
4. Draft and issue purchase orders within authorized limits
5. Manage Purchase Orders in SAP, from pricing and expediting through to receipt
6. Select Business Partners based on commercial and project considerations
7. Review inventory across multiple warehouse locations
8. Update spreadsheets and maintain project data, including lead-times, due dates, and receipts
9. Communicate effectively within the business and with Business Partners
10. Restock excess hardware considering future demand and costs
11. Manage Business Partner data and price lists in SAP
