Product Development Manager at Widdop and Co

With over 8,000 unique and commercial products, WIDDOP and Co. is not only well known for our in-house Brand development but also collaborating with top brands like Disney and Warner Brothers, Artists and Card licenses offering award-winning customer service and delivering worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Buyer located in Chadderton, Manchester area. As a Junior Buyer, you will be part of the PD Team, responsible for sourcing and product development, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the product range is up-to-date and aligns with market trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to procurement for the company's diverse range including sample management and working to the Critical Path. Working closely with other departments in the business such as Merchandising, Ecomm, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Packaging and Design to take ranges from head office to the customer.

You will collaborate with the worlds biggest licenses from Disney, Warner Brothers / Harry Potter to artists, designers, and global suppliers to create unique and innovative ranges that align with our 35 brands sold in 4,000 retail outlets.
