Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Junior Business Manager to work with the Senior Business Manager and support UK Wholesale Banking priorities.

You will help improve management information, deliver analysis and presentation materials, and enhance data usage with Power BI and Copilot across the business. The role focuses on developing analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills in an early-career professional.

Qualifications

• University level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and present insight clearly.
• Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, analytics or a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms or business reporting systems.
• Exposure to business performance reporting or strategic project support.
• Interest in client coverage, commercial banking or front-office career pathways.
• Experience using Power BI to create reports, dashboards or management information.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Business Manager and leadership across strategic and operational activities.
• Assist with preparation of leadership meetings, reviews and executive materials.
• Coordinate actions from reviews, discussions and governance forums.
• Support planning, communication and stakeholder engagement across UK Wholesale Banking.
• Assist with organizing workshops, strategy sessions and events.
• Produce regular business performance reporting and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Support monitoring of commercial activity, client engagement, pipelines and objectives.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Support automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
• Use Copilot and productivity tools to aid analysis, documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Products, Finance, Risk and Operations to improve insights.
