Job summary

Monstera Talent in Nottingham is hiring a Junior Business Development Assistant for a full-time, in-person role. No prior experience required; you'll receive full training from day one and a clear path into more senior business development and account management roles.

You’ll meet customers face-to-face, build relationships, present offers, and support the end-to-end process from first contact to sign-up, with ongoing coaching to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Confident and personable with a real interest in business or sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet new customers face-to-face and identify opportunities to grow the client's business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present products, services, and offers clearly and professionally.
• Support the end-to-end process from first conversation through to sign-up.
• Work towards individual and team growth targets.
• Learn the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management.
• Participate in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility.
