Monstera Talent in Nottingham is seeking a Junior Account Executive to start a hands-on career in account management. You will work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services.

No experience is required as full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one, with a clear progression into senior account management or leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements.
• Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Presenting products and services clearly and professionally.
• Working towards personal and team performance targets.
• Learning fundamentals of account management and client care.
• Taking part in structured training and coaching sessions.
