Job summary

Interface Recruitment is hiring a Junior Implementation Consultant to join a growing UK-based software business. The role supports the rollout of a business software solution, helping capture requirements, assist with configuration, testing, documentation and end-user training.

You will work with experienced consultants, engaging customers and contributing to smooth project delivery in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office; exposure to software development concepts and SQL is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proactive in understanding and supporting customer needs.
• Able to multitask and manage time under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering through meetings, workshops and discovery sessions.
• Support solution configuration and document specifications aligned to customer needs (basic SQL helpful).
• Help deliver implementation activities following established methodologies.
• Create training materials, user guides and supporting documentation; assist with end-user training.
• Execute testing to ensure the solution meets functional requirements and quality standards.
