Job summary

LGT Capital Partners (U.K.) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst for its Private Markets Platform team.

You will help design and document key business processes, conduct requirements analysis, and support large-scale transformations that improve end-to-end processes for clients and investment teams. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, write test cases, assist in UAT, and help manage workshops, adoption, and change management.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in financial services or consulting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Designing, re-engineering and documenting key business processes with stakeholders.
• Conducting requirement analysis and gap assessments across topics.
• Writing test cases, organizing and performing UAT.
• Supporting project management activities and organizing workshops.
• Bridging between business and IT and documenting results.
• Training users and supporting change management.
