Job summary

LGT Capital Partners Ltd. seeks a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join the Private Markets Platform team.

You will analyze and document key business processes, conduct requirement analyses, and support UAT and workshops with SMEs, bridging business and IT to deliver scalable solutions. You will work closely with investment teams and IT counterparts, learn rapidly, and contribute to end-to-end process redesign and change management, while developing strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology.
• First working experience in business analysis in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm.
• Ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English.
• Great teamwork and ability to collaborate at various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Designing, re-engineering and documenting key business processes with stakeholders on business and IT sides.
• Conducting requirement analysis and gap assessments across topics within the company.
• WritING test cases, organizing and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Supporting project management activities, such as workshops, IT delivery oversight, status reports and resource planning.
• Defining and presenting conceptual approaches, target operating models, options and decisions, and documenting results.
• Collaborating with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology teams; training users on rolled-out tools and supporting change management.

The team brings together expertise in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, and Project Management, and plays a central role in shaping how the firm operates at scale.
