We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support process improvement and change delivery across investment operations. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying areas for optimisation, assisting with change initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing improvement efforts across business processes.
• Work within Agile teams to track and deliver small-to-medium scale projects.
• Review and interpret workflows to suggest areas for efficiency and automation.
• Assist with gathering operational requirements and documenting detailed user stories or tickets.
• Help prioritise work items in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Liaise with teams across the business to turn operational needs into practical solutions.
• Maintain and track updates through project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Provide user support and help deliver training as new processes are introduced.
• Contribute to business continuity and operational resilience planning.
• Participate in risk discussions to stay informed on key operational challenges.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agile ways of working (Essential)
