Job summary

LGT Capital Partners (U.K.) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join the Private Markets Platform team. You will participate in business analysis, architecture and project management to shape scalable, end-to-end processes supporting clients and investment teams.

The role focuses on requirements, UAT, change management and collaboration with IT across multiple domains as the firm scales. A university degree and strong English communication are expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, re-engineer and document key business processes with stakeholders from business and IT.
• Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessments across topics in the company.
• Write test cases and organise/perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support project management tasks: workshops with SMEs, IT delivery oversight, status reporting, resource/work planning.
• Define and present concepts, target operating models, solution options and decisions, document results.
• Bridge gaps between business and IT by working closely with IT counterparts.
• Train business users on rolled-out tools and support change management.
