Job summary

Farleigh School seeks a confident, approachable and highly organised individual to lead our Junior Boarding provision. Open to those with teaching or non-teaching experience, the role will oversee the smooth running of the Junior Boarding House, leading staff and ensuring a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where every boarder feels supported and able to thrive.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous experience working in a boarding environment or pastoral care setting (brief description)

• Lead the Junior Boarding House, supporting staff and ensuring a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
• Ensure boarders feel happy, supported and able to thrive in all aspects of school life.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Oversee the smooth, safe and effective day-to-day running of the Boarding House.
• Champion Farleigh’s boarding provision, helping to raise its profile and attract and engage boarding families.
