Job summary

Ludgrove is seeking a caring, calm and organised boarding assistant to help our boys feel at home. You will build positive relationships, support daily care, and work closely with the School Nurse and boarding staff to help pupils thrive both personally and academically.

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Caring, approachable and enjoys building positive relationships.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Willing to contribute to the wider life of a busy boarding school.
