As a Junior Bartender at Sea Containers Restaurant, you will work closely with our experienced bar team to craft exceptional cocktails and provide top-notch service to our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a budding mixologist to learn and grow in a fast-paced and creative environment while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior bartenders in preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.

- Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and service.

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menu recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.

- Learn and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.

- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and conducting regular stock counts.
