Schedule: Full Time

Experience: Previous experience within a quality restaurant

Opening in Spring 2025, this new restaurant will be located in Mayfair and aims to elevate London's seafood scene. Committed to provenance and quality, it will offer a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Features include an open kitchen, wood-fired grill, seafood and raw bar on the ground floor, a 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18-cover Private Dining Room on the lower level.

The Position

This role requires energy and professionalism. Responsibilities include preparing tables, serving orders, explaining dishes, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen, floor, and bar staff. As a runner, your goal is to deliver outstanding service and enhance the guests' dining experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Courteous, friendly, and professional appearance
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Ability to provide efficient and excellent service
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle tense situations calmly
• Physical ability to meet demands, including walking, standing, lifting, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance procedures
• Availability to work varied hours including weekends and nights
