Job summary

The Arts Club - TAC - Bar in London seeks an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional service to Members across a four-floor setting. You will partner with senior staff to prepare and run bar operations, while mentoring junior teammates and upholding premium standards.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and a polished, welcoming presence. Eligibility to work in the UK is required; compensation is competitive with rewards and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and carry out beverage service to Members in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Head and Senior Bartender in all aspects of bar preparation and service.
• Support the junior bartenders and barbacks in their development of bar operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and conditions of the bar areas over four floors.
• Follow all health and safety policies in relation to manual handling and security procedures.
