Join our dynamic team at a prestigious Chartered cost consultancy firm! We're seeking a bright and enthusiastic QS or Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (looking for their first intermediate QS role), eager to engage in a variety of development projects. Location: Westerham, collaborating closely with our Principal Quantity Surveyor on residential and commercial projects. Expect a full-time on-site commitment, including regular site visits.

Ideal Candidate: Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree. At least 24 months of experience within a consultancy or cost management firm, with a solid understanding of UK construction practices. Proficiency in measurements, knowledge of NRM, cost planning, project management, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in pre and post-contract cost management, with strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with tender compilation, attending meetings and writing minutes, preparing bills of quantities and cost plans, and aiding in monthly cost reports and final accounts.
