Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a knack for change management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at contract management, and possess outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills?

We're looking for a talented individual to join our large, dynamic facilities management organization. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing our contracts and driving positive change across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all aspects of quantity surveying, from cost control to final accounts.
• Implementing and supporting change initiatives within our contracts and projects.
• Ensuring robust contract management, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the business.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a large organization.
• Demonstrable experience in managing contracts from inception to completion.
• A solid understanding of change management principles and their application.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a keen eye for detail.
