Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD are representing a well-established architectural practice in Cheadle, Cheshire, seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their technical team. The role focuses on Revit drawing production and support through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

You will develop design and technical detailing, assist with coordination with consultants, and benefit from hybrid working, training, and progression within an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Around 1–3 years' professional experience as Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician.
• Strong knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Understanding of construction detailing and technical design.
• Some exposure to RIBA Stages 4 and 5 would be advantageous.
• Live within commutable distance of Cheadle, Cheshire with hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop architectural and technical drawings using Revit.
• Support the preparation of detailed design and construction information.
• Assist with projects progressing through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Develop understanding of construction detailing, materials and technical design.

Bennett & Game are representing a well-established and specialist architectural practice based in Cheadle, Cheshire, who are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their growing technical team.

With over 40 years of experience, our client has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality architectural projects across the UK, with a particular specialism in the Automotive sector. The practice works with some of the world's leading automotive brands, delivering high-end showroom environments, workshops and associated commercial facilities.

The successful candidate will initially support the team on the rollout of new corporate identities and showroom environments for major automotive clients, before developing into a more technically focused position as these schemes progress onto site. This will provide excellent exposure to RIBA Stages 4 and 5, technical design, detailing, coordination and construction delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with good Revit skills who is looking to develop his technical expertise within a supportive and experienced team. The practice has a strong track record of investing in junior staff and offers genuine opportunities to progress as your experience develops.

Junior Architectural Technologist Overview

• Produce and develop architectural and technical drawings using Revit

Junior Architectural Technologist Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architectural Design, Interior Design or a related discipline
• Around 1-3 years' professional experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician
• Good working knowledge of Revit is essential
• An understanding of technical design and construction detailing
• Some exposure to RIBA Stages 4 and 5 would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical information
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commercial, industrial, healthcare or similarly technical project experience would be advantageous
