CRO & Analytics Manager

Overview:

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Junior Digital Analyst to join the Superdrug Online Business team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for ecommerce to grow within a fast-paced digital environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL and Power BI, and a keen interest in expanding their skills across SEO and broader digital performance. You’ll support the Analytics team with reporting and insights while helping to drive site optimisation initiatives through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CRO & Analytics Manager with reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis
• Build and maintain reports using Power BI, SQL, and other tools to track site performance and key KPIs
• Collaborate with the SEO agency to execute and monitor SEO updates across the website
• Coordinate with Trading, UX, and Content teams to ensure SEO initiatives are implemented correctly and efficiently
• Support tracking of 404 errors, user friction points, and conversion drop-offs using behavioural tools
• Help monitor the performance of Design features and site changes to feed into continuous improvement plans
• Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity across reporting systems
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and tools, and be open to learning new platforms and methods

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
• Interest in SEO performance and eagerness to learn technical and content-based optimisation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with data at scale
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to take initiative

Desirable:

• Experience working with BigQuery or similar data warehouse platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Business Objects, or other web analytics tools
• Exposure to ecommerce and/or retail environments
