Job summary

FLAT FEE RECRUITER seeks a Junior AI Developer to help design, develop and deliver AI solutions for public and private sector clients. You'll work with experienced consultants, applying a solid technical foundation to real business problems while learning to translate ideas into practical AI workflows.

The role is home-based with occasional office days in Birmingham. You will be supported through training and mentoring to progress within the AI team.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in AI, ML, Computer Science or Data Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts including LLMs.
• Practical experience with Git, Python and SQL from uni, personal or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and delivering AI solutions for clients across sectors.
• Learn to translate ideas into prototypes and measurable business value.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to analyse data and evaluate AI outcomes.
