The position offers UK remote or hybrid working, with occasional travel to UK offices for workshops and collaboration. You will design, build and deploy scalable software and automation solutions, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade software.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity or deliver solutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation within business processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently with ownership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to UK offices.
