Job summary

Experis UK is looking for AI Forward Deployed Engineers at multiple levels to sit at the intersection of AI engineering and high-value business transactions in Birmingham. This hybrid role involves three days on-site per week, with a permanent contract and a salary band of £50,000 to £99,000 plus a competitive bonus.

You will design and deploy AI-driven solutions in live deal environments, collaborating with clients to unlock value using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Python, APIs, version control, testing.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG pipelines.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication and proactive delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions into live deal scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to identify AI value opportunities.
• Build solutions using LLMs, autonomous AI workflows, and RAG.
• Prototype rapidly within fast-paced timelines, iterating quickly.
