Job summary

Accordience Group is building custom AI tools across the group, including Grayling, CDR, Red Consultancy and Cirkle. You’ll ship agents, automations, and reporting workflows, often directly with clients to embed AI in communications functions.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, scope use cases with stakeholders, and work with LLM APIs on AWS and Azure. This hands-on role focuses on shipping real products, improving existing tools, and collaborating with internal IT and client teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Hands-on build experience with AI tooling, agents, or automations.
• Experience wiring REST APIs, webhooks, auth, and permissions into systems.
• Direct experience with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship custom internal AI tools, agents, and automations used by agencies.
• Automate reporting, monitoring, and workflow tasks across the group.
• Prototype and deliver MVPs of client-facing AI products with the AI team.
