Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Junior Activities Assistant to join the Family Activities Team in a part-time role. You will help supervise and engage children, creating a safe and welcoming Club V environment while parents enjoy the facilities.

The role requires a Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field and prior experience with children. You will work as part of a supportive team within a premium wellness club network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field.
• Previous experience working with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting Children at all times.
• Ensuring the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming for all children.
• Having a friendly, calm and approachable nature while acting quickly and effectively.
• Adhering to all company and government policies and procedures.
• Supporting staff and members and building relationships with parents and caregivers.
