Virgin Active is evolving into Social Wellness Clubs and is recruiting a Junior Activities Assistant to join the Family Activities Team. This part-time, permanent role (20 hours) involves creating a safe, fun environment where children can learn, play and thrive while their parents enjoy the club.

You will build positive relationships with children and families, deliver engaging activities, and help create exceptional experiences that make every visit memorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field and prior experience with children.
• Health and Social Care is not an acceptable qualification for this role.
• A friendly, calm, and approachable nature with team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support Children at all times.
• Maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming Club V environment for children.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with staff, parents and carers.
• Follow all company and government policies and procedures.
