An opportunity like this is rare but if you have some finance/accounts experience this well established business is looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant who really wants to build a career. Company offers long term security and recognition for a job well done. Some of your duties will include:

• - Assisting in the office with a wide range of accounts and administration tasks
• - Recording company financial transactions and keeping records of all receipts and invoices
• - Inputting and maintaining financial activity using Xero and Sage accounting software
• - Assisting with raising invoices and service charge bills and recording details of payments received
• - Assisting with checking supplier invoices, preparing weekly cheque and BACs payments
• - Liaising with Landlords as required and producing regular statements
