Job Description:

An excellent and varied opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Coordinator. This is a remote working position within an Autism service. Our client is committed to excellence and meeting the highest levels of NICE guidelines. They have built a multi-disciplinary team including 5 autism specialists to meet individual patient needs.

About the company: Our client currently has clinics in Hertfordshire and Kent and is rapidly expanding. They focus on providing the best representation for psychologists and ensuring access to specialist assessments, reports, and treatment quickly and cost-effectively.

About the role: The Administrative Coordinator will support the Autism Assessment Service, ensuring high standards of customer service. The role requires coordination, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building to ensure appointments, assessments, and invoicing are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking and recording appointments
  • Updating stakeholders on progress
  • Capturing and recording client information
  • Ensuring information accuracy and completeness
  • Liaising with patients to gather detailed personal information
  • Proofreading and formatting confidential reports
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Achieving targets and KPIs
  • Managing client information in CRM systems
  • Processing billing information
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Candidate requirements:

  • Passion for psychology
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft, Accounts Packages, databases)
  • Minimum education: A level
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

Hours & Rewards: The role is remote, 9am-5pm, with no weekends or bank holidays. Salary is £25,000/year, with benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme.
