Location: Colnbrook, Slough (SL3)
Salary: £25,400 to £40,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: On-site

Remarkable Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team in Colnbrook, Slough. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about the film, TV, and commercial production industry. The Junior Account Manager will manage client accounts throughout the production lifecycle, providing excellent customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for feature film, TV, and commercial clients
• Support account management from initial enquiry to final invoice
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Distribution departments
• Liaise with production crews
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond professionally to emails and phone enquiries
• Support productions from start to finish
• Use electronic job management systems
• Assist with closing productions, handling missing/damaged items, and invoicing
• Attend training sessions at the Colnbrook office as needed
• Complete tasks assigned by the Sales Team Leader
• Work additional hours when required to meet deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Film, TV, or Commercial lighting rental and sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with job management systems
• Understanding of production crew workflows
• Strong business acumen
• Positive, professional approach
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients
