Job summary

Tata Steel UK is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support a team managing a portfolio of client accounts in Ireland Sales. You will assist with building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and supporting growth across key markets.

The role involves day-to-day account support, developing plans, and contributing to commercial contracts and SLAs. This is a people-facing position with travel to meet customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Good standard of education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence in carrying out business analysis and prioritising effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deployment of agreed strategies for a portfolio of customers and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop and execute account plans for customers when required.
• Develop commercial contracts and SLAs and drive delivery of these.
• Identify opportunities and value propositions across the customer base.
