Job summary

Tata Steel UK in Lisburn is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the Ireland Sales team by managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.

You will assist senior Account Managers, help develop account plans, prepare commercial contracts and SLAs, and contribute to growth while ensuring a positive customer experience. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support other Account Managers and act as a key contact for regular commercial, technical, financial and logistical support.
• Oversee the day-to-day deployment of agreed strategies and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop account plans for customers when required.
• Develop commercial contracts and SLAs and drive implementation and delivery.
• Identify opportunities and value propositions across the customer base.
