Flourish is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join their growing team in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

The position offers a competitive basic salary (£28,000-£34,000) plus a bonus structure, full training, and clear pathways into senior roles.

Responsibilities

Acting as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
Building strong and lasting client relationships.
Supporting customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
Conducting regular customer reviews and follow-ups.
Managing account information and activity within the CRM.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
