Located in the heart of Soho, London, we’re a tight team who combine the disciplines of creative advertising, design, social, and media to produce brand-changing, thought-provoking work for a range of brilliant clients in different industry sectors.

Reporting into our Head of Client Services, we’re looking for a savvy junior exec looking to start their career as a marketeer. This person will have a finger on the pulse and is brimming with enthusiasm and energy, with a great attitude to get involved and learn from the ground up.

Our client portfolio is diverse, and the work is different every day, so you’ll need to be excited by the chance to work on many different types of projects. These will range from strategic research, project planning and creative production of advertising, influencer marketing and organic social media. While this role will largely support the team from an administrative role, you will be client-facing and have the opportunity to be involved in the workings of an agency, add your two cents and get involved.

We are certainly looking for a great cultural and social fit, so please include your personal flair in your application so we can get a feel for who you are as an individual. This role is all about your attitude, willingness, and any experience you have in marketing is surely a benefit, and we would love to hear about it. The Role:

• You will need to be highly organised with excellent administrative skills to support your team on day to day management of client accounts and projects
• An appetite for plate spinning, as you will be working across multiple projects as well as managing day-to-day responsibilities alongside the account management team
• A knack for project management to support with production and creative roll-out of projects for various clients and campaigns
• Setting and managing client meetings and the client experience within the agency
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail and grasp of the English language to prepare, proof and distribute corporate communications
• Confident and comfortable creating and managing relationships with individuals from all levels within an organisation
• Able to manage upwards to a line manager, and able to meet deadlines, delegate tasks, and ensure an excellent standard of work throughout the agency
• Professional ability to work and liaise with suppliers
• Begin the process of learning how to manage the finance elements of your accounts, including billing and managing scope work and production budgets
• Agency resourcing planning to manage and prioritise multiple projects and clients Have a mindset for solutions and a can-do attitude, be a team player, while also taking accountability for your work and responsibilities
• Have a passion and curiosity for marketing, comms & creative work that makes a real difference to a business
