Responsibilities / Position Overview
We're seeking creative thinkers eager to start their careers. Our entry-level scheme, Stars & Stripes, is now open for applications. We are hiring three full-time, permanent Junior Account Executives – two in Edinburgh and one in London.

If you’re passionate about communications and creativity—social, content, or PR—we want to hear from you. The application deadline is Sunday, 1st June at 5pm. Top submissions will be invited to a selection day at our Edinburgh or London office, with successful candidates joining in September 2025.

The Junior Account Executive role includes:

• Managing campaigns within an integrated social/PR team
• Scheduling, planning, and creating social content
• Developing content calendars with clear CTAs
• Writing media materials with key messages
• Securing media coverage and handling enquiries
• Delivering events with media and influencers
• Pitching ideas to drive coverage and engagement
• Managing relationships with partners and influencers
• Client relations, reporting, and campaign evaluation
• Hybrid working with office presence 2 days/week (Monday mandatory)
