Job description

Ads and More is a user-acquisition agency focused on promoting apps. We are a fast-growing start-up, and we are looking for someone to join our remote international team as a Business Development Manager as we are looking to grow even more into new markets and expand our client base very fast.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and coming up with impressive solutions to onboard new clients
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of advertiser’s business model and KPIs of advertiser’s initiatives to pitch strategies for creating incremental value for partners
  • Closely monitor market and industry innovations to proactively develop new opportunities
  • Track and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve user acquisition efforts by collaborating with Growth managers
  • Work closely with the Account Management team as well as Tech and Legal teams to ensure addressing clients’ needs and help them for their businesses
  • Interact cross-functionally with other team members to ensure smooth Data integrations and account configuration
  • Upsell with the current accounts and keep a good communication with Account Managers and intervene where is necessary
  • Cooperation with AM team and Head of Business Development with a strategic and tactical business development initiatives related to mobile publishers and mobile apps
  • Identify new prospects and develop new client relationships within the media publisher and app developers’ community 
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to learn fast
  • 2-4 years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing and closing new business
  • Ability to research and analyse data
  • Consistent record of achievement in goals and being revenue driven
  • Skill in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailor made strategies to potential clients
  • Self-starter with a hunger for new business, positive and I-can-do attitude, energetic with a sense of humour
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and driving actionable next steps
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry
  • Understanding of both the strategic and tactical implications for mobile advertising
  • A solid client, ad network and/or exchange-side experience with demonstrated expertise in user acquisition, monetization, business development, client management, communications, strategy & marketing within the mobile or digital space
  • Relationship management abilities within the Fintech, Gaming, Crypto, Entertainment, Shopping industry
  • Experience in sales/business development for a publisher/app or mobile agency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload and articulately speak to the benefits of mobile ad monetization and advertising, and respond to client questions with strategic, insightful, and applicable answers
Communication Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) required
  • Ability to speak any other EU language a plus.
Computer Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) required
  • Experience with any CRM system, tracking systems required
  • Experience with Adjust/AppsFlyer or other MMP preferred
