Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a leadership role within digital medicines to maintain and optimise EPMA systems, provide professional and clinical oversight for patient safety and care, and support system-wide digital medicine priorities across Dorset County Hospital and Dorset Healthcare University Hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Line manages the Principal Pharmacy Technician for Pharmacy Systems (DCH) and provides managerial, professional and clinical oversight of Pharmacy Systems (JAC, EPMA, PTS, AerosScout)
• Optimises the existing EPMA system by developing analytical tools to support patient care such as clinical prioritisation and performance dashboards
• Supports the Medicines Optimisation work programme for the Medicines Committee
• Supports the pharmacy clinical audit programme
• Supports the System wide Digital Medicine Strategy and the development of a Single Medication Record for the system
• Participates in the provision of the clinical pharmacy service, inpatient and outpatient dispensing services
• DepDishar for the Joint Digital Lead Pharmacist
