£56,551 to £60,940 per annum

Do you want to be involved in developing a dedicated corporate health and safety team?
Are you an experienced health and safety manager with a proven track record of delivering improvements?
As a qualified health and safety specialist with strong people skills, you will lead the implementation, development, and monitoring of health and safety policies across both Guildford and Waverley Borough Councils. You will foster a positive health and safety culture and ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
In this role, you will act as the lead advisor at all organizational levels to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of employees, contractors, visitors, and service users.
This is a new position, offering the perfect opportunity to collaborate with managers to embed best health and safety practices throughout our organization.
This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, based in offices in Guildford and Godalming.
