Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment Limited is seeking a Joinery Workshop Manager to run our Cambridge workshop with full ownership of operations. You will lead a skilled team in bespoke joinery and cabinetry, driving quality, efficiency and delivery against targets.

The role offers progression into directorship, autonomy in decision-making, and a strong benefits package. This is a full-time position based in Cambridge with Friday early finish and pension among the advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bespoke joinery or cabinetry environment.
• Proven leadership managing a workshop or factory team.
• Strong planning and quality control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a bespoke joinery workshop to meet production targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop the workshop team with a view to potential directorship.
• Ensure workmanship quality, health and safety, and on-time delivery.
