A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make
As Joinery Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of our purpose-built manufacturing facility, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
Leading a multi-disciplined team, you’ll oversee production planning, quality, people development and operational performance while working closely with Pre-Construction, Logistics and senior leadership to ensure customer expectations, commercial objectives and production deadlines are consistently achieved.
Your leadership will shape the future of the workshop, helping to build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You’ll be an experienced manufacturing leader with a proven background in joinery, woodworking or a related production environment. You’re passionate about developing people, improving performance and creating a positive, high-performing culture where quality comes first.
