Joinery Project Manager

Location: Essex
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOE

An established and highly experienced joinery manufacturer based in Essex is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Joinery Project Manager.

The business employs around 100 people, with a close-knit office team and a relaxed working environment. They deliver a mixture of residential and commercial projects, with around 90% of their work based across London.

Projects range from approximately £10k up to £2m, giving you exposure to a varied and interesting workload.

The Role

As Joinery Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for managing projects from initial stages through to completion, working closely with clients, designers, production and site teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

The role would suit someone with a strong manufacturer-led joinery background, rather than someone who has only worked within general construction.

About You

• Experience managing projects within a joinery manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of bespoke/manufactured joinery
• Comfortable managing projects from order through to completion
• Experience working across residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with good attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
