The role involves planning, monitoring progress, and maintaining materials control while driving high standards of housekeeping and safety on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the joinery workshop day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with CNC/machining supervisor and production manager.
• Ensure on-time delivery of work packages within budget and programme.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organised workshop and stores.
• Provide training and supervision to bench joiners and apprentices.
