Heritage Joinery is hiring a Workshop Assistant to join the busy on-site workshop. You will support manufacturing and assembly operations, preparing stations, organizing materials, and assisting with inventory to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results.

You will work hands-on with tools, contribute to timely production, and learn joinery techniques for windows, doors, and cabinetry in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic mechanical tasks in a workshop or warehouse setting.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn joinery processes and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools per project specs.
• Prepare workstations and organize materials for efficient workflow.
• Assist with inventory—receiving, storing and tracking parts.
