Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner for a bespoke joinery manufacturer in Kettering. The role involves producing windows, doors, stairs and other joinery from technical drawings in a modern workshop.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in joinery, be comfortable with joinery machinery and work independently in a busy factory environment. Full-time, permanent position with overtime and excellent on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years joinery experience.
• Experience in bench/joinery workshop is essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience producing bespoke joinery products.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery products.
• Producing windows, doors, stairs and other bespoke joinery.
• Reading and working accurately from technical drawings.
• Operating modern joinery machinery and workshop equipment.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing timber components.
• Completing jobs independently, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workshop and adhering to health & safety procedures.
