RNN Group in the Rotherham area is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Tutor for Joinery to inspire and mentor learners at the Rotherham Campus. Travel to offsite sites within South Yorkshire will be required.

The role involves delivering creative joinery sessions, developing KSBs for employers, and conducting on-site assessments to uphold high trade standards. You’ll monitor progress with e-portfolios and support learner success.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial joinery/woodworking experience.
• Proven ability to mentor learners and build relationships with employers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging joinery sessions bridging workshop to site.
• Develop Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) for modern employers.
• Conduct on-site performance reviews and assessments to ensure high professional standards.
• Track learner progress via e-portfolios and keep stakeholders informed.
