Joiner / Workshop Supervisor

Are you a Joiner or Carpenter looking to step up into a supervisor role with a leading manufacturer? In this role, you will work on a wide range of bespoke projects and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills further.

The company specializes in cabinet making and kitchen designs for various clients. Since its establishment, the company has experienced continuous growth and recently opened a new workshop facility. Due to further expansion, they are now looking for a cabinet maker to step into a supervisor position.

In this varied role, you will be based at the workshop with a hands-on role assisting with cabinet making. You will also oversee work, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are completed within time and budget.

This role is suitable for someone with Joiner or Cabinet making experience who is looking to advance into a leadership role within a market-leading manufacturer.
