Joiner / Workshop Supervisor
£28,000 - £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Monday to Friday + Pension + Great work life balance

Are you a Joiner/ Carpenter looking to step up into a supervisor role with a leading manufacture, where you will work on a wide range of bespoke project and receive on the job training to develop your skills further.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and progress into a leadership position where you will take the lead on projects whilst in a hands-on role.

The company are experts in cabinet making, specializing in kitchen designs for a variety of clients. Since establishment the company have seen continuous growth and have welcomed a brand-new workshop facility. Due to further expansion, they are now looking for a cabinet maker to step into a supervisor position.

In this varied role, you will be based at the workshop and have a hands-on role assisting with cabinet making. You will also be responsible for overseeing work, prioritizing tasks and ensuring projects are met within time and budget.

This would suit someone with Joiner, Cabinet making experience of similar looking to step up into a leadership role for a market leading manufacturer.

The Role:

• Overseeing shop floor and supervising a small team.
