Radius Housing via Radius Direct is hiring a Joiner to deliver high-quality joinery and related building works in void properties and planned maintenance programmes. The role focuses on refurbishments to bring vacant homes up to lettable standard and ensure scheduled upgrades meet specifications.

The position is based in Belfast with occasional travel throughout Northern Ireland, working 40 hours per week. NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery is required, along with experience in similar roles,

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery.
• Knowledge of building regulations, lettable standards, and construction health and safety.
• Ability to interpret job specifications and work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
• Reliable, flexible, and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Joinery and associated building works within void properties and planned maintenance programmes to ensure lettable standards.
• Deliver upgrades (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, or structural improvements) efficiently and to specification.
